These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: TC) regulate the terms of use for the online casino services available on wincraftcasino-hu.org (hereinafter: Website or Service). By using the Website, you accept all provisions of these TC. Please read carefully before starting to use the Service.

2. Conditions of Use

Compliance is primarily the responsibility of the player; the Provider may verify in accordance with legal obligations.

3. Registration and Account Use

3.1. Account Creation

3.2. One Person – One Account

4.3. Fees and Rejections

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1. General Rules

Bonuses and promotions are subject to a separate Bonus Policy. Typical conditions include: wagering x40–x70, maximum bet with bonus €5, validity 10 days (free spins: 24 hours), maximum withdrawal from bonus funds 10× the deposit (usually €10 for no-deposit offers). These principles ensure transparency and fair play.

5.2. Prohibited Bonus Practices

It is forbidden to claim bonuses with multiple accounts, save or stack bonus rounds, wager on excluded games, or use risk-free or opposing bets to circumvent terms. In case of violation, the bonus and related winnings may be cancelled.

6. Game Use and Fair Play

7. Violations, Suspension and Termination

8. Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

The Provider makes every effort to ensure the Website’s security and availability but is not liable for damages resulting from the user’s device, internet connection, third-party services, or force majeure. Gambling involves risk; losses are borne by the player.

11. Complaints Handling

12. Inactivity and Fees

If an account is inactive for 12 consecutive months (no login or transaction), the Provider may charge an inactivity fee of up to €5/month, deducted only from positive balances. An email notification will be sent before applying the fee.

13. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including text, graphics, logos, and software components, is owned by the Provider or lawfully used. Copying, distribution, or modification is only permitted with prior written consent. The WinCraft name and logos may be protected trademarks.

14. Force Majeure

The Provider is not liable for service failures or interruptions caused by external, unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, war, legal changes, cyberattacks) beyond reasonable control.

15. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The Service is governed by the laws of Curaçao. In case of disputes, the competent courts at the Provider’s registered office have jurisdiction. In case of language discrepancies, the English version of the TC shall prevail.

16. Amendments

The Provider may amend these TC at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the amended terms, so please review updates regularly.

17. Duration and Termination of Agreement

The legal relationship between the player and the Provider is of indefinite duration. The player may request account closure at any time; in cases of serious breach, the Provider may terminate the agreement. Termination does not affect resolution of previous disputes or consequences of prior violations.
